2) казват че не може да се продава другаде с роялти фри лиценз. само че смесват в едно изречение всичките видове файлове. Доколкото знам, ексклузивността се отнася само за това за което си кандидатствал - т.е. аз мога да бъда екскл. при тях само за видео и все пак да си продавам снимките навсякъде. Или греша?

3) RM продажби са позволени, както и директни продажби на клиенти, принтове и подобни

4) не може да се дават файлове без пари. Това, доколкото разбирам, забранява всякакви криейтив комонс и подобни лицензи? Също така, въпреки в 3) казват че ексклузивността не забранява слагането на файловете в лично портфолио/сайт, тук казват че не може да се продават от такъв?

правилно ли съм прочел всичко или нещо пропускам?

I am considering to become exclusive video contributor.

I have a few questions:

1) your exclusive intro page says:
"What does full Exclusivity require?

Full artist Exclusivity means no images, video or audio files may be sold on other royalty-free sites or businesses ".

I suppose that video exclusivity is different than Full exclusivity?
I want to be non-exclusive photographer, and exclusive videographer. Is that possible?

2) it also says:

"Artist may not give away files for free, from their own or any other site."

a) this should mean that all CC licensed work would break exclusivity. Am i right?
b) does this only apply to exclusive category (photo, video) or all? Example: exclusive videographer can not offer free videos, but can offer free photos. Is this correct?

3) it also says that:

"Images, video or audio files may not be sold on the artist's own site (including collections, CD-ROMs, etc)."
I suppose that this applies to royalty free license only?

1) Yes, you can remain a non exclusive photographer, but be exclusive for video contributions.

1) If you are non exclusive, you can do whatever you want with the files, including give them away. If you are exclusive, you agree that iStockphoto will be your sole representative for royalty free uses, meaning that any use that is covered by our license terms. If you are exclusive, you should not submit the same files for CC licenses.

3) Yes, this applies to RF licensing, however if you are selling your images for RM be sure these are alternative files than those submitted to iStockphoto.

превод накратко:

- да, възможно е да сме ексклузивни към една категория (видео, файлове, илюстрации), но в друга да не сме

- тук е ясно донякъде, но им писах отново, заради онова: "the same files"

- на личен сайт не може да се продават снимки под РФ лиценз, могат под РМ, но не трябва да са същите като тези които са пратени на ИС

Това означава ли че можеш да продаваш РМ в Getty само без РФ?

Как се стига до тях.... не може ли да се регнеш само и да продаваш ?
